Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we highly recommend that you immediately inspect any goods that you receive. Please contact us to report any faults or damages in transportation.
Full Refund
A full refund will only occur if there is a major problem with the product that you receive or if there are failures identified that are beyond reasonable repair. If an item warrants a full refund, this will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Repair, Exchange or Credit
If you have a fault, defect or failure that is considered minor, a member of our team will inspect the item and make a choice of either repair, exchange or credit subject to the nature of the fault.
If an item arrives to you and does not match the description that was provided, you will be entitled to either an exchange or another product of the same value or credit.
We may offer an exchange of product for store credit, if we normally have the item in stock and you return the product in its original condition with undamaged packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Note that refunds or exchanges will be issued only after the item has been inspected and meets the required conditions. Returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to reject any requests for refund or exchanges if the conditions are breached.
Sale Items
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item has been inspected and deemed as faulty.
Change of Mind
Please do your research and choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits if you simply change your mind, make the wrong selection or happen to find the price of the item cheaper from another seller.
Warranty
Any products under warranty will require inspection. Items may be be sent for repair or a replacement could be provided to you.
Goods that are returned for a repair will be assessed within a timely manner however there may be some circumstances where it is necessary for us to send your item to the manufacturer or service agent for further assessment. You will be provided with an indicative repair time and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
In circumstances some goods requiring repair may be replaced with refurbished parts of the same type rather than being repaired.
Partial Refund
We may choose to decline or issue partial refunds if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts not related to our error or manufacturer error. You will not be entitled to a refund if we determine that the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper modification or if you were made aware of the fault before purchase. Any requests for return outside of the 7 day period will be subject to review.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item which are non refundable. Note that it is recommended to use a reliable shipping method and, if your item is expensive, to obtain shipping insurance. We are not liable if your item is lost in transit or not received at our end.
